It is.  However, the diameter if the inner tube is 1-3/8.  Not sure where I
can get a tube 1.1" ID.  Can I compensate by making the tube longer/shorter?

The speaker has about 3/8" open space all around, but the speaker is 1-3/8
dia.  When you specified 1", are you talking about the physical diameter,
including frame/rim?  Or the active cone diameter?  How does the size of
the speaker affect the operation?  Can the larger size be compensated for?
Any suggestions on where to find the 1" speaker?
